Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the watch you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the timepiece in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
